I Cannot Sleep Anymore And Do Not Feel Safe In My Own Home
Ever since I was a child I have believed in ghost due to an experience I had with deceased pet when I was 10, but was never super into it. I am not anything special (at least I do not think so), but now I am starting to consider the possibility that someone, or something has been following me and messing with me for most of my life. That worked for about a year. I always thought I was just crazy or had mental problems, until my best friend actually saw an apparition in my home, and was able to describe her as the anonymous woman that consistently shows up in my nightmares. Again, shoved it off. 6 months ago one night I was either awake or stricken with sleep paralysis, it felt like I was being strangled and my eyes had a blur over them. She was clearly standing at the other side of my room trying to speak, but no words left her mouth. When I finally came to, my eyes were open like they been for hours. 2 nights ago I woke up with the feeling of dread, like someone shocked me awake. When I shined the light around my room there was nothing there, not even my service dog. But my door was closed. As if she kicked my dog out. I know that sounds insane but I have actually watched my door open by itself around 2-3 am. Lucian (my dog) has growled at the door when it does that. But then he will calm, get up and try to leave. I have to hold him from leaving my room. The reason I'm asking for help is because I do not sleep anymore, anywhere. Its not just in my house, it follows me.
